Medical Disclaimer

Last updated: 15 October 2026

In an emergency, do not use this website. Call 112 (all-India emergency) or 108 (ambulance in many states). For mental-health support, call the national Tele-MANAS helpline on 14416 (toll-free, 24x7, multiple languages).

1. Not a substitute for professional care

The information on aneev is general wellness education only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a prescription, and it cannot replace a consultation with a qualified physician or specialist.

2. About the AI assistant

The aneev AI assistant answers from a fixed, curated set of published sources (such as WHO, CDC and Government of India material). It does not know your medical history, your medicines or your test results, and it cannot examine you. Its answers are general, may not fit your situation, and may contain mistakes — always confirm anything important with a qualified physician.

3. Medicines and products

Never start, stop or change any medicine based on this website. The wellness shop on aneev is a demonstration — no real products are sold, ordered or delivered. Always buy medicines from a licensed pharmacy, and take them only as prescribed.

4. When to see a physician urgently

Seek immediate medical help for warning signs such as: chest pain or pressure; difficulty breathing; severe or uncontrolled bleeding; sudden weakness, numbness or difficulty speaking; a very high fever with confusion; a seizure; a severe allergic reaction; or any thoughts of harming yourself. Do not wait for a chat reply.

5. Shop and directory information

Medical shop listings shown are sample data. Even with real listings, timings, phone numbers and stock change — always confirm with the shop directly before relying on it.

6. Our sources

Where possible, our answers cite the published source they come from. We aim to be accurate and honest, but published guidance also changes over time.

Note: This disclaimer is written in plain language in good faith. It is general information, not legal or medical advice. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified physician.
