aneev is a free wellness information platform operated from India. This policy explains, in plain language, what we do — and do not do — with your information. We have written it to be read easily, not to hide anything in legal wording.

Short answer: aneev has no accounts, no sign-up, no payment and no database. We do not collect your personal data on any server. Your cart stays in your own browser.

1. What we collect

Nothing on our servers. There is no sign-up, no login and no payment. We do not ask for your name, phone number, email, Aadhaar or any ID to use this site.
Cart data stays on your device. Items you add to the cart are saved only in your own browser (localStorage). They never leave your device and we cannot see them.
AI questions are not stored. The AI assistant answers from a fixed, curated set of published sources and runs in your browser. Your questions are not saved on any aneev server.
No advertising trackers, no data selling. We do not run ad or profiling trackers, and we have no data to sell.

2. Third-party services

Google Fonts is used to load the site's typeface. As with any website request, the font provider may see your IP address.
External links. Links to partner stores and government services (for example abha.abdm.gov.in, digilocker.gov.in, data.gov.in) open those websites. Once you leave aneev, their own privacy policies apply.

3. Government IDs (ABHA / Aadhaar)

aneev does not create ABHA IDs and does not collect, store or process Aadhaar numbers or OTPs. ABHA creation happens only on the Government of India's official portal, which we simply link to. Please never share your Aadhaar number or OTP with any third-party website.

4. Your choices (DPDP Act, 2023)

Because we hold no personal data on our side, there is nothing for us to delete or hand over.
You can clear your cart at any time using the remove option in the cart, or by clearing your browser storage.
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights over personal data held by an organisation. aneev currently holds none.

5. Children

aneev provides general wellness information suitable for all ages, but it is not a medical service. Children should use it with the help of a parent or guardian.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change whenever we do.
