1. Acceptance of these terms

By using aneev you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What aneev is

aneev is a free wellness information platform. It offers an AI assistant that gives general, source-based wellness information, wellness guides, a directory of medical shops (currently shown as sample data), and a demonstration wellness shop. aneev is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, diagnostic centre or medical service, and is not a substitute for professional care.

3. The shop is a demonstration

The wellness shop is a demo. No real payment is taken and no real order is fulfilled, delivered or shipped. Prices, products and descriptions are examples for preview only.

4. No medical advice

Nothing on aneev is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician for any medical concern. In an emergency, call 112 (India). The medical helpline is 104.

5. Medical shop listings

Shop listings currently shown are sample data for demonstration. aneev does not verify, rank or endorse any shop. Real listings will only be published with the shop owner's consent, and availability, timings and phone numbers can change — always confirm before visiting.

6. Government links

Links to government services (for example ABHA, DigiLocker, e-RaktKosh, PM-JAY) are provided for convenience. Those services are run by the respective government bodies and are governed by their own terms and policies. aneev does not operate them and does not process any government ID or data.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or break it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The aneev name, design and original content belong to the site owner. Third-party names and brands mentioned (for example partner store names) belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

aneev is provided "as is" and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on the general information it provides.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
